Water On Kilimanjaro

At Kermali Tours & Safaris, we understand the importance of staying hydrated during your climb. We prioritize your well-being and provide various options to ensure you have access to safe and clean drinking water. Here are the details regarding water provisions on the mountain:

Standard and Deluxe Climbs:

On the first day of your climb, we provide each client with a 1.5-liter bottle of mineral water. For the duration of the climb, we have a water supply system in place. We take water from the mountain, boil it, and treat it to ensure its safety before providing it to our clients. This ensures that you have a sufficient supply of clean and treated water throughout your climb.

Luxury Climbs:

For our luxury climbs, we provide our clients with mineral water throughout the duration of their climb. You can enjoy the convenience of bottled mineral water, ensuring a refreshing and safe drinking experience during your adventure.

Bottled Water Option:

For standard and deluxe climbs, if you prefer to have bottled water provided throughout your climb, we can arrange this at an additional cost. The cost for two 10-liter bottles of water is $20, and there is an additional charge of $10 for porter services per day to carry the water. This option allows you to have a steady supply of bottled water if it better suits your preferences or requirements.

Please inform us of your water preferences when making your booking, and we will ensure that your water needs are met during your climb. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients, and our water provisions are designed to keep you hydrated and healthy throughout your journey.

At Kermali Tours & Safaris, we understand the significance of proper hydration, and we are committed to providing you with reliable and safe drinking water options during your climb.
